I've missed answering these...so here goes:

how long have you been in recovery? 3 years as of 6/11

have you ever attended alternative meetings;such as Rational or Smart recovery? did not attend meetings but did attempt their program via website/research and ON MY OWN...guess how it turned out?

what are the best aspects of staying clean? a way of life infinitely more fulfilling

who do you turn to, outside the program when faced with problems? my husband, a therapist, books

when did you first realize you had a substance abuse issue? I always knew but had it on a moral issue..it wasn't a substance abuse issue, the issue was I was bad...but when my kids kept asking me to stop and I couldn't (or I thought wouldn't) is when I started thinking I needed help.

Freedom & Love. Freedom to choose, to fail or succeed and know that I'm OK.
Love of myself which in turns helps me to love others

My partner or my family. I lucky to have a great support system
