Lohan Investigation Referred to D.A.
There is good news and bad news for Lindsay Lohan. She was released from her court-ordered stint in rehab after 90 days, but she may be facing criminal charges for an incident that took place in rehab. She has been accused of battery after a skirmish with a Betty Ford Center staff member. The case has been turned over to the district attorney.

Jaime Pressly Arrested on Suspicion of DUI
Actress Jaime Pressly, who starred in the television series "My Name Is Earl," has been arrested on suspicion of drunk driving after being stopped for a traffic violation in Santa Monica. The 33-year-old's $15,000 bail may be an indication that her blood-alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit, although that information was not released by police.

David Arquette Enters Rehab for Alcoholism
Actor David Arquette has reportedly entered a rehab facility for treatment of alcoholism and depression. Arquette, who separated from this wife Courteney Cox during 2010, admitted earlier that he had been "drinking a lot" since the breakup.

Gerry Rafferty Loses Battle Against Alcoholism
Scottish singer-songwriter Gerry Rafferty died at age 63 after a lengthy battle with alcoholism and liver disease. He wrote the 1978 hit "Baker Street" and co-wrote and sung the Stealers Wheel's 1972 hit record "Stuck in the Middle With You."

Former Bucs Quarterback Arrested for DUI
Shaun King, former Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback, has been arrested for drunk driving after an early-morning traffic stop. Police said the 33-year-old King refused to take a blood-alcohol test and was taken to jail.

Tennessee Passes 'Game-Changing' DUI Laws
Tennessee has passed new state laws that toughen the penalties for drunk driving. The new laws allowed judges to deny bond for driver's with multiple DUI offenses or who are already out on bond for any alcohol-related offense. The laws also allow monitoring bracelets and interlock devices.
