The probation sentence for a 2007 DUI conviction that should have ended years ago, has been extended until next March for Lindsay Lohan because she can't stay out of trouble. The 25-year-old actress has until Nov. 9 to report to jail for yet another probation violation.

Jeremy Mayfield Arrested For Meth Possession
Former NASCAR driver Jeremy Mayfield has been arrested at his North Carolina home and charged with possession of 1.5 grams of methamphetamine. Mayfield was suspended indefinitely in 2009 by NASCAR for violating the substance abuse policy.

Singer-Songwriter Twinkle Accused of DUI
The singer-songwriter Twinkle, whose real name is Schascle Yochim, has been arrest for DUI after police thought she was asleep behind the wheel. Yochim told police that she was returning from an A.A. meeting and had not been drinking, but failed a field sobriety test.

Detroit's Wallace Gets Drunk-Driving Plea Deal
Detroit Pistons center Ben Wallace has pleaded guilty to driving and possessing a firearm under the influence of alcohol, agreeing to a plea deal that dropped felony firearm charges against him. Wallace had a blood-alcohol level of 0.14 when he was stopped in September.

DUI Charges Against Ryan Rottman Dropped
Nickelodeon's Gigantic star Ryan Rottman has dodges DUI charges by pleading to a lesser charge of alcohol-related reckless driving, a misdemeanor. He was given three years probation, a $390 fine and ordered to take a three-month alcohol education class.

'Pill Mill' Crackdown Leads to 22 Arrests
A federal crackdown on Florida "pill mills" that illegal distribute prescription drugs continued with the arrest of 22 people. Those arrested included five doctors and two pharmacists. More than 100 people have been arrested in the crackdown.
