Lindsay Lohan's mother, Dina Lohan, is denying that she was drunk during an interview on "The Dr. Phil Show" this week, but video of the interview has raised some doubts. She appears disoriented and confused and makes awkward comments that even had Dr. Phil saying, "What the hell does that mean?"

Randy Travis' Brother Arrested on Drug Charges
Legal problems seem to be running in the family. David Traywick, 49-year-old younger brother of country singer Randy Travis, has been arrested on the family farm in North Carolina for methamphetamine possession. Traywick's arrest report said he was cooking meth in a homemade lab in the woods near his home.

Shaun White Charged With Public Intoxication
Two-time Olympic snowboarding gold medalist Shaun White is facing charges of vandalism and public intoxication after destroying a hotel telephone and pulling a fire alarm. Guests at the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel in Nashville were forced to evacuate the building after midnight.

Joe Simpson Pleads Not Guilty to DUI
Jessica Simpson's father, Joe Simpson, insisted that he was not drunk when he was arrested at a DUI checkpoint last month in Los Angeles. He pleaded not guilty in court this week in spite of recording a blood-alcohol concentration of 0.12 at the time of his arrest.
