'Lost' Star Matthew Fox Arrested for DUI
Star of the television show "Lost" Matthew Fox has been charged in Bend, Oregon with two misdemeanors as a result of a traffic stop for failing to signal properly. The 45-year-old Fox was charged with misdemeanor driving under the influence and driving without a license.

Thomas Kinkade's Death Ruled Accidental Overdose
"Painter of Light" artist Thomas Kinkade's April 6 death has been ruled an accidental overdose of alcohol and prescription tranquilizers. Family members said Kinkade battled alcoholism and had a relapse just before his death in the Santa Clara home.

Ex-Miss USA Sentenced in Drunk Driving Case
Former Miss USA Rima Fakih, 26, avoided going to jail by pleading no contest to driving while visibly impaired in connection with her December drunk driving arrest. Instead she will serve six months on probation, do 20 hours of community service, pay a $600 fine and take an alcohol safety class.

Clemson Star Watkins Arrested on Drug Charges
Clemson star receiver and All-American Sammy Watkins has been arrested along with soccer player Amadou-Tidiane Daniel Dia for possession of marijuana and a controlled substance. Watkins apologized for the incident after campus police found him with two pills for which he did not have a prescription.

Courtney Wagner, daughter of actor Robert Wagner and the late Natalie Wood, has been arrested for felony cocaine and heroin possession. Police searched her Malibu home after someone reported a woman's screams and a gunshot coming from the home. No one was injured.

Singer Bobby Brown is taking no responsibility for the downfall and eventual death of his former wife Whitney Houston, telling "The Today Show" that he never used heavy drugs until she came into his life. Brown said Whitney was into drugs "way before" they became a couple.

Rapper Wiz Khalifa has been arrested again for possession of marijuana. Police found 11.39 grams of weed while searching his tour bus in North Carolina. He was given and citation, but will have to appear in court later to face charges.

Notre Dame Starting QB Rees Jailed
For the second year in a row, Notre Dame's starting quarterback has gotten in trouble with police. Tommy Rees was pepper-sprayed after leaving an off-campus party while resisting arrest for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. Police said Rees' blood-alcohol level was 0.11.

Drunk Reports Car Stolen From Passenger Seat
Seattle police responded quickly when they received a 9-1-1 call from an intoxicated man who reported that his vehicle had been stolen. When officers recovered the vehicle, they had no problem finding the Audi's owner. He was sitting in the passenger seat.
