A Secret Service agent apparently assigned to President Barak Obama's bus trip to the Midwest, has been arrested in Iowa for driving under the influence. Police said Daniel L. Valencia, 40, was off duty when he was arrested.
Police Chief Arrested on DUI Charges
The Police Chief of Chillicothe, Illinois has been charged with driving under the influence in Peoria County. When police stopped Steve Maurer because the tail lights on the trailer he was pulling were not working, they smelled alcohol on his breath.

Wire Actress Pearson Pleads Guilty in Drug Case
Caught on a telephone wiretap, actress Felicia "Snoop" Pearson has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute heroin the day before her trial was scheduled to begin. She was sentenced to time served and three years probation. Pearson, 31, played a drug gang assassin on HBO's The Wire. The plea deal allows her to continue her acting career, her attorney said.
Rapper Big Boi Arrested on Drug Charges
Grammy award winning OutKast rapper Big Boi, whose real name is Antwan Patton, has been charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Miami-Dade police said the rapper was arrested for possession of ecstasy and Viagra.
Rapper "Kid" Reid Arrested for Skipping Court
Former Kid 'n Play rapper Christopher "Kid" Reid was arrested at his Los Angeles home after he failed to appear at a court hearing regarding his 2010 drunk driving conviction.
