The mother of two California girls, ages 10 and 11, has been arrested on suspicion of child endangerment after they were taken to the hospital complaining of numbness and exhibiting pale, clammy skin. The girls had eaten a chocolate chip cookie they found in a baggie on the kitchen counter when they came home from school. The cookie contained marijuana.
