back to basics
I haven't shared personal experiences much lately, partly due to my inability to type
now I have Dragon speak and I'm able to post without typing
I can't say I'm happy joyous and free, but I am content
thankfully, I derive much satisfaction from providing housing to
recovering alcoholics and addicts out of rehab
Unfortunately, I am not one of those who has been relieved of the of the thought of a drink
the constant reminders from media, friends and memories of past social drinking
continue to haunt me
This is the hardest journey I have ever undertaken
I hope and pray that I can continue to persevere
under these circumstances
