An Orlando waitress who claimed to be a mistress of golfer Tiger Woods, has been sentenced to a year in jail for driving under the influence. Mindy Lawton's blood-alcohol level was 0.27 when she ran a red light and slammed into another car, seriously injuring the other driver.

Backstreet Boy AJ McLean Heading Back to Rehab
As the group Backstreet Boys plan a busy year, singer A.J. McLean has decided to check himself into a rehabilitation center for "personal reasons." This is the third trip to rehab for McLean, he also sought treatment in 2001 and 2002.

Antoine Wright Gets Probation for DUI
Antoine Wright, a former forward for the Sacramento Kings, has been sentenced to 15 years in jail and three years probation for drunk driving. Wright's blood-alcohol content was measured as 0.20 at the time of his arrest.

There is good news and bad news for Lindsay Lohan. She was released from her court-ordered stint in rehab after 90 days, but she may be facing criminal charges for an incident that took place in rehab. She has been accused of battery after a skirmish with a Betty Ford Center staff member. The case has been turned over to the district attorney.

Jaime Pressly Arrested on Suspicion of DUI
Actress Jaime Pressly, who starred in the television series "My Name Is Earl," has been arrested on suspicion of drunk driving after being stopped for a traffic violation in Santa Monica. The 33-year-old's $15,000 bail may be an indication that her blood-alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit, although that information was not released by police.

David Arquette Enters Rehab for Alcoholism
Actor David Arquette has reportedly entered a rehab facility for treatment of alcoholism and depression. Arquette, who separated from this wife Courteney Cox during 2010, admitted earlier that he had been "drinking a lot" since the breakup.

Gerry Rafferty Loses Battle Against Alcoholism
