Cyclist icon Lance Armstrong will be stripped of his seven Tour de France titles and banned from the sport for life after he decided not to fight continued drug allegations by the USADA. Armstrong, who continues to deny any use or trafficking of prohibited drug, said he refused to participate in the "unconstitutional witch hunt" any longer.
Rodney King Death Ruled Accidental
The death of Rodney King by drowning in his own swimming pool has been ruled accidental, but the medical examiner said King had enough drugs and alcohol in his system to produce a "state of delirium." Toxicology reports showed King had PCP, cocaine and marijuana in his blood stream as well as a blood-alcohol level of 0.06.
Former Ambassador Ryan Crocker Arrested in DUI
Former U.S. diplomat Ryan Crocker has been charged with drunk driving and hit-and-run offenses after his 2009 Ford Mustang struck another vehicle. The former ambassador's blood-alcohol level was not recorded on the arresting documents.

Former porn actress Jenna Jameson has entered a guilty plea to driving under the influence stemming from a May 25 incident in which she crashed her Range Rover into a utility pole. She will serve three years informal probation, pay $340 in fines, enroll in a first-time offender DUI course, and participate in a victim impact panel.
Jury Convicts D.J. Williams in DUI Trial

Rapper Snoop Dogg has been banned from entering the country of Norway for the next two years after he arrest last month for marijuana possession. Snoop's Norwegian attorney told reporters the artist "can live with the decision" and does not plan to appeal.

A tabloid newspaper's claim at actor Macaulay Culkin is a heroin addict is false, according to his media representative. The "Home Alone" actor's rep told media outlets that the accusation "is not only categorically without merit, but it is also impossibly and ridiculously fictitious."

Drunk Woman Tries to Break Into Jail
Ah, isn't it supposed to be the other way around? Butler County, Ohio deputies are still trying to figure out why an intoxicate 36-year-old Tiffany R. Hurd tried to break into the county jail by climbing over the back fence. They arrested her after they repeatedly ask her to leave, but she refused and tried to climb the fence again.
