Lindsay Lohan's mother, Dina Lohan, is denying that she was drunk during an interview on "The Dr. Phil Show" this week, but video of the interview has raised some doubts. She appears disoriented and confused and makes awkward comments that even had Dr. Phil saying, "What the hell does that mean?"
Singer Fiona Apple Arrested on Drug Charge
It would seem that Grammy-winning singer Fiona Apple would have learned from the past experiences of others, but the 35-year-old was busted with four grams of hashish at the same border patrol checkpoint in Texas where Willie Nelson, Snoop Dogg and Armie Hammer were arrested.
Amanda Bynes Pulled Over Again
Actress Amanda Bynes is finally no longer behind the wheel, we think. After being stopped three times since her license was suspended, police at Burbank's Bob Hope Airport gave her a ticket for driving on a suspended license and impounded her car. Reports are she has finally hired a driver.
Randy Travis' Brother Arrested on Drug Charges
Legal problems seem to be running in the family. David Traywick, 49-year-old younger brother of country singer Randy Travis, has been arrested on the family farm in North Carolina for methamphetamine possession. Traywick's arrest report said he was cooking meth in a homemade lab in the woods near his home.

Two-time Olympic snowboarding gold medalist Shaun White is facing charges of vandalism and public intoxication after destroying a hotel telephone and pulling a fire alarm. Guests at the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel in Nashville were forced to evacuate the building after midnight.
Joe Simpson Pleads Not Guilty to DUI
Jessica Simpson's father, Joe Simpson, insisted that he was not drunk when he was arrested at a DUI checkpoint last month in Los Angeles. He pleaded not guilty in court this week in spite of recording a blood-alcohol concentration of 0.12 at the time of his arrest.

Troy Aikman's Ex-Wife Arrested in Texas
Troy Aikman's ex-wife has been arrested for being drunk in public. According to police the 43-year-old Aikman was arrested while sitting in her car in the parking lot of McMillen High School in Murphy, Texas at 9:30 a.m. Her vehicle was towed and she was released on $269 bond.
'Walking Dead' Actor Charged With DUI
Actor Scott Wilson has been charged with driving under the influence after being stopped in Peachtree City, Georgia for speeding. "The Walking Dead" star recorded a blood-alcohol concentration of 0.155, almost twice the legal limit.
Mark Grace Arrested for Drunken Driving
Former Chicago Cubs All-Star Mark Grace is facing driving under the influence charges in Arizona. Grace was also charged with driving with a suspended license, stemming from a prior DUI he also received in Scottsdale in May 2011.
Titans' WR Britt Suspended One Game For DUI
Tennessee Titans wide receiver Kenny Britt will miss the first game of the season after being suspended because of his driving under the influence arrest July 20. Britt was arrested when he tried to pass through a security gate at Fort Campbell Army post.

Former NFL wide receiver Sam Hurd has been ordered to jail after failing two drugs tests and trying to purchase drugs while out on bail on drug distrusting charges. Hurd denied the accusation that he tried to buy drugs, but the judge revoked his $100,000 bond.
