Redmond O'Neal Admits to Using Drugs in Rehab
Redmond O'Neal, the son of Ryan O'Neal and the late Farrah Fawcett, may be facing serious jail time after he admitted to a judge that he had taken drugs smuggled into him in his rehab facility. O'Neal could face up to nine years in jail if the judge chooses to revoke his probation.

Disney's Shelby Cobra Arrested for DWI
Former Disney star and lead singer of the defunct band KSM, Shelby Cobra has been arrested in Los Angeles for driving under the influence. Police said the 18 year old had a blood-alcohol concentration of 0.15 when she was arrested.

Wrestler Matt Hardy Arrested for Another DWI
Matt Hardy, former WWE and TNA professional wrestler, has been arrested for driving while impaired less than a month after a previous DWI. Hardy had no alcohol in his system, police said, but when he was stopped he "had slow and slurred speech, sleepy eyes and a very lackadaisical demeanor."

Jockey's DUI Case Deferred One Year
Kentucky Derby-winning jockey Calvin Borel will have one year to complete treatment for alcohol abuse as part of a diversion program for his driving-while-intoxicated arrest. His driver's license was also suspended for 30 days.

Rappers Paul Wall and Baby Bash Arrested
Rappers Paul Wall and Baby Bash have been arrested in El Paso, TX on a possession of marijuana charge. Ronald Ray Bryant (Baby Bash) and Paul Michael Slayton (Paul Wall) were charged with having less than 2 ounces of marijuana in a drug-free zone.

Pitcher Curtis Leskanic Four Times Legal Limit
Former Major League pitcher Curtis John Leskanic was charged with DUI and child neglect when he was found passed out in his pickup truck with his sleeping but unrestrained 5-year-old daughter in the truck. Police said Leskanic had a blood-alcohol level of 0.331, more than four times the legal limit.
