Beverly Hills Police Lt. Mark Rosen said the investigation into Whitney Houston's death in a hotel bathtub has been concluded and investigators have determined that no foul play was involved. Apparently, no one is going to be charged with providing the Grammy award-winning singer with the cocaine that contributed to her death.

Actor James Belushi tried to use his California medical marijuana card to explain a joint that Transportation Security Administration (TSA) officials found on him. Belushi won't be facing any charges. The TSA confiscated the joint and gave him a warning.

Actress and singer Amanda Bynes has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after the BMW she was driving collided with another vehicle. Former Miss USA Rima Fakih has dodged a drunken driving conviction by entering a no contest plea to a lesser charge of driving while visibly impaired. Fakin claimed she wasn't drinking when she was arrested in December, but her blood-alcohol level was twice the legal limit.
Attorney Jennifer Little Arrested for DUI
A high-profile Atlanta attorney and former president of the DeKalb County Bar Association has been arrested for DUI, speeding and reckless driving. Police said Jennifer Little was going 91 mph when she was stopped on Interstate-85 near Buford Highway. She refused sobriety tests.
