Singer Randy Travis has received a deferred adjudication agreement after pleading not guilty to assault charges stemming from an August 23 altercation with a man in a Texas church parking lot. The 53-year-old country music star is still facing drunk driving charges from an arrest August 7 near his hometown of Tioga, Texas.
