A New YOrk City doctor with homes on Park Avenue and in Ancramdale has been arrested twice in one weekend for driving while intoxicated. She was first arrested after she reported her vehicle stolen and police found it on her property crashed down a large embankment. She was arrested the next day speeding with a blood-alcohol level of 0.19.

Lindsay Lohan Booted From Community Service Program
Actress Lindsay Lohan is having a bit of trouble meeting the community service requirements of her probation. She has been kicked out of the L.A. Downtown Women's Center program where she was supposed to serve 360 hours because she missed nine scheduled appointments and left early when she did show up. She is now supposedly working with the Red Cross.
Alice Walton Arrested for DWI on Birthday
The second richest woman in America, Alice Walton, daughter of Wal-Mart founder Sam Walton, was arrested for driving while intoxicated and spent the night in jail on her 62nd birthday. She failed field sobriety tests and refused to take a breathalyzer. It's not her first drunk driving arrest.
SC Quarterback Fails Alcohol Test, Dismissed
After being given five "second chances" by South Carolina Coach Steve Spurrier, quarterback Stephen Garcia has finally been dismissed from the team after failing an alcohol test. Garcia had agreed to submit to random testing as a condition of his reinstatement last Spring.

A drug overdose is suspected in the death of former Weezer bass player Mikey Welsh who was found dead after not checking out of a Chicago hotel room. Jani Lane Died of Alcohol Poisoning
Warrant lead singer Jani Lane died as a result of apparent alcohol poisoning, according to the Los Angeles County coroner's office. The 1980s glam rocker was found dead August 11 in a hotel room in Los Angeles with a half-empty vodka bottle nearby.
Steel Magnolia's Joshua Scott Jones Enters Rehab

For the third time in three years, Green Bay Packers defensive lineman Johnny Jolly has been arrested on drug charges. Jolly was arrested for possession of a compound containing codeine after police saw him throw a bag out of the window of his vehicle.
