Final Destination 3 star Ryan Merriman has been arrested for drunken driving. Police said he failed a field sobriety test after they observed him rolling past the limit line at a red light in Newport Beach, CA.
Rodney King Pleads Not Guilty to DUI
Rodney King has entered not guilty pleas to charges stemming from his DUI arrest in Moreno Valley, CA, in July. King was charged with driving under the influence and driving with a blood-alcohol content above the legal limit. Police said he was also under the influence of marijuana at the time.
Spurs General Manager Blames DWI on Diabetes
R.C. Buford, general manager of the San Antonio Spurs, has been charged with driving while intoxicated and having an open container in his vehicle. Buford was arrested after a single-car crash. In a statement, the Spurs said the crash "was precipitated by a severe low blood sugar reaction." Buford is diabetic.
