Less than a month after checking into rehab, actor Nick Stahl has checked himself out of treatment and has disappeared again, according to friends and family members. The "Terminator" star hasn't been seen since June 14, according to his estranged wife, Rose.

Brien Taylor Remains in Custody
Brien Taylor, former New York Yankees pitching prospect, has been transferred into federal custody to face drug charges. Taylor is accused of selling large quantities of cocaine and crack to an undercover agent.

Former Redskin Rickie Harris Convicted of DWI
Former Washington Redskin Rickie Harris has been convicted at trial of felony drunk driving. Harris, 69, was sentenced to six months in prison because it was his third driving while intoxicated offense in the past five years in Virginia.

Reality television star Amber Portwood has apparently decided that prison is easier than successfully completing rehab. The 22-year-old "Teen Mom" star decided to quit her court-ordered treatment program for possession of prescription drugs and opted to serve her five-year prison sentence.

Matthew Fox Will Face No Jail for DUI
Star of the popular television series "Lost," Matthew Fox will not serve any jail time for his second drunk driving charge. But as part of the plea deal he will lose driving privileges for a year, not drink alcohol for a year and complete a drug and alcohol treatment program.

Brooke Mueller Back in Rehab
Charlie Sheen's ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, is reportedly back in rehab again for her crack cocaine addiction. Her representative said Mueller is seeking recovery "as part of her ongoing treatment and as planned. She voluntarily checked herself into a rehab facility several weeks ago."
