Amber Portwood's 5-Year Prison Term Reinstated
Reality television star Amber Portwood has apparently decided that prison is easier than successfully completing rehab. The 22-year-old "Teen Mom" star decided to quit her court-ordered treatment program for possession of prescription drugs and opted to serve her five-year prison sentence.

Matthew Fox Will Face No Jail for DUI
Star of the popular television series "Lost," Matthew Fox will not serve any jail time for his second drunk driving charge. But as part of the plea deal he will lose driving privileges for a year, not drink alcohol for a year and complete a drug and alcohol treatment program.

Brooke Mueller Back in Rehab
Charlie Sheen's ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, is reportedly back in rehab again for her crack cocaine addiction. Her representative said Mueller is seeking recovery "as part of her ongoing treatment and as planned. She voluntarily checked herself into a rehab facility several weeks ago."

Amanda Bynes Wants DUI Officer Fired
Amanda Bynes still insists that she does not drink and was not under the influence when she was arrested April 6 after a 3 a.m. brush with a police cruiser. In a Tweet, she even appealed to the White House for help, asking President Barack Obama to, "Please fire the cop who arrested me."

Scout Willis Rejects DUI Plea Deal
Scout Willis, 20-year-old daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, has refused a plea deal that would leave her with a criminal record. She was arrested in New York's Union Square for underage drinking and using a fake I.D., two misdemeanor charges.

Justin Blackmon's Blood Alcohol Three Times Limit
Former Oklahoma State wide receiver Justin Blackmon could be facing felony drunk driving charges after agreeing to a breathalyzer when he was stopped by Stillwater police. Blackmon's blood-alcohol concentration was recorded at 0.24, three times the legal limit. In Oklahoma, anything over 0.15 is aggravated DUI.

Vikings FB Jerome Felton Arrested for DWI
Minnesota Vikings fullback Jerome Felton has been arrested on drunken driving charges and failure to submit to a chemical test after he was arrested by Eden Prairie police just before midnight. Police didn't have trouble pulling Felton over, he was in the drive-through lane at a McDonald's.
