a little inspiration and a reminder of the freedom
we can have today.
I am learning how to live in the present...

Dear Johnny,
I saw a T-shirt today that said,
"I do what the voices in my head tell me to do."
I laughed.
And then it occurred to me that if the T-shirt was being worn by a true-believer Alcoholics Anonymous member, that it wasn't a joke.
