changing perspective




I've come to realize that I need
to change my outlook on life.
some steps are to;

accentuate the positive
acknowledge the negatives
maintain a "can do" attitude

plan each day
recognise triggers and stressors
initiate dialogue and conversation

focus on making the days count,
rather than counting days.

become more available, reliable,
responsible and accountable.

continue to reinforce the benefits
of continued sobriety;
health and well being
mental clarity
social awareness
family harmony
